World Press Photo Exhibition ends successfully
Almost 50.000 visitors came within three weeks to the National Museum of Singapore to see the 145 award-winning photographs of the World Press Photo 2015 exhibition. These are twice as many visitors as in the past year.
Media Programme Asia selects fellows for master programme in journalism on the Philippines
In Manila, the KAS Media Programme Asia and the Konrad Adenauer Asian Center for Journalism (ACFJ) screened and evaluated applications from potential fellowship holders. Every year, the Media Programme Asia awards fellowships to working journalists from the region for the MA Journalism programme at the ACFJ.

Federal Director of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) party in Singapore
Federal Director of the CDU, Dr. Klaus Schüler, Deputy Secretary General of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), Dr. Gerhard Wahlers, and Deputy Head of the Department European and International Cooperation of KAS, Frank Priess, have been in Singapore for talks with media representatives. They discussed current political challenges in Europe and Asia – like the current situation of refugees that affects both continents or questions according foreign and security policy.
