The KAS Media Programme in cooperation with the Sofia Security Forum (SSF) is organising a One-Day-Conference on the topic " The War in Ukraine". The focus will be on the following aspects and questions:

1. How the Russian aggression against Ukraine is changing the international order and security?

2. Technology and forms of the Russian hybrid warfare. The role of the traditional and social media to counter this threat.

3. The risks for the Southeastern European countries from hybrid threats.

4. How to build resilient societies in the face of the Russian hybrid activities.
