The study visit will bring a group of communication experts from governments, ministries, authorities and political parties from South Eastern Europe in Berlin and Brussels. The discussions will focus on modern communication strategies, the political situation Germany-EU-SEE, government communication and the relationship between journalists and spokespersons. The programme includes the Federal Chancellery, the Bundestag, the Federal Press Conference in Berlin plus numerous appointments in connection with the European Union in Brussels.

The attendance at the event will be possible only on personal invitation.
