Details

The event will be opened by Ognian Zlatev, SEECOM Chairman and Head of the EC Representation in Bulgaria and Christian Spahr, Head of the Media Program South East Europe.

A welcome address will be given by Detlef Lingemann, German Ambassador to Bulgaria, Sofia.

A workshop "The science of communication – Measuring the impact" with the Director of UK Government Communications Alex Aiken will take place from 11:15 am until 12:15 o'clock.

The conference will be attended by ambassadors, politicians, PR specialists from the governments, parliaments, the judiciary and other state authorities from more than 15 countries.
