The Nigerian government is in the process of developing a new long term National Development Plan across all sectors and it is necessary to build the capacity of ministerial advisors and technical assistants who will champion the process by entrenching in them the requisite skills and knowledge for optimum performance in the delivery of good governance across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies of the government.
