During the KAS seminar, topics like intra-party conflicts, registration and de-registration of political parties, party and election funding, party formation and the influence of party platform and manifestoes on the voting behaviour were elaborately discussed. It was a surprise for the participants especially that there is no violence during election and no rigging in Germany.
