Details

The event will take place on April 26th in Oslo and host experts on matter as well politicians and representatives of the defence industry. As a NATO member and a close partner of the European Union the question about the EU as a defence and security actor has been largely absent in the Norwegian public debate. In the light of recent developments in the European Security structure the seminar aims to raise the questions about the EU's capabilities as a security and defence actor.

The seminar consists of two parts, one international (in English) and one with a Norwegian perspective (in Norwegian).
