CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Projects to support advocacy initiatives of the Local Networks for Advocacy and Monitoring in Serbia and Macedonia

The Konrad Adenauer Foundation, ATINA – Citizens’ Association for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings and all Forms of Gender-based Violence (Serbia) and Macedonian Lawyers Association (Macedonia) launch a call for proposals within the project “Building Together – Community Monitoring and Advocacy” funded by The European Union. The call will be open until 16 March 2018, at 24:00 CET.

Second updated edition

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung published the second updated edition of the Republic of Macedonia’s 2017 Local Elections Handbook. The Handbook is a joint project of the KAS and the Institute for Democracy Societas Civilis – Skopje (IDSCS).

MULTI-RELIGIOUS CALENDAR 2018

The Konrad Adenauer Foundation in cooperation with the five religious communities in Republic of Macedonia has issued a Multi-religious Calendar 2018, including the more significant religious holidays from each religious community: Macedonian Orthodox Church, Islamic Religious Community, Catholic Church, United Methodist Church and Jewish Community. This calendar is issued traditionally by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in joint cooperation with the five religious communities since year 2011.

POLITICS AND RHETORICS

The textbook “Politics and Rhetoric” represents a team effort of Doc. D-r Aleksandar Spasenoski and D-r Jovan Andonovski which tries to clarify further the relation between Politics and Rhetoric, by elaborating it in a general (theoretical) context, but also in a specific (practical) sense, through the Republic of Macedonia’s example.

The Republic of Macedonia’s 2017 Local Elections Handbook

The handbook gives an overview about the local elections 2017 as well as about the history of the local elections in Macedonia, the electoral system for local elections and information about the candidates. After the elections the second updated edition will be published which will include the results and information about the campaign and the electoral process. The publication is available in Macedonian and Albanian language as well.

CONTEMPORARY POLITICAL SYSTEMS

The textbook Contemporary Political Systems is a team and comprehensive work of professor Savo Klimovski (PhD), professor Tanja Karakamiseva Jovanovska (PhD), and docent Aleksandar Spasenovski (PhD), from the Constitutional Law and Political System Department of the Law Faculty IustinianusPrimus, at the University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. This textbook is supported by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
