HURDLING ON 3, 6 AND 9. TOWARDS AN UNCONDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION? MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LAST THREE MONTH

The Institute for Democracy “Societas Civilis” – Skopje (IDSCS) in cooperation with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation monitored the implementation of the reforms from Macedonian Government Plan 3-6-9. Based on the methodology developed by IDSCS, the realization of the activities stated in the plan was assessed.

The aim of this report is to look closely at the activities of external actors in the Western Balkans and to describe their function and role, intentions and interests, and the resources at their disposal. It also considers local and regional perceptions and sensitivities and evaluates the involvement of these external actors from a European and German perspective. This report forms part of our wide range of activities and projects that aim the integration of the Western Balkan states into the European Union and promote dialogue on foreign and security policy issues in Germany.

Projects to support advocacy initiatives of the Local Networks for Advocacy and Monitoring in Serbia and Macedonia

The Konrad Adenauer Foundation, ATINA – Citizens’ Association for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings and all Forms of Gender-based Violence (Serbia) and Macedonian Lawyers Association (Macedonia) launch a call for proposals within the project “Building Together – Community Monitoring and Advocacy” funded by The European Union.
