The study “Gaza: The Water-Energy-Governance Nexus - A Plan of Action for Saving What Has Been Achieved” analyzes water and wastewater conditions in Gaza and proposals for projects and measures which are complementary with one another and would enable economic activity and growth in Gaza. The Fast Track approach will be mirrored in focusing on short term projects, and transitional segments of larger projects; which would trigger immediate benefits to the population and the economy of Gaza.

This study and the previous one that focused on the electricity sector analyze the factors and difficulties that further aggravate the current water and energy situation in Gaza, and aim to derive concrete policy implications and recommendations for action.
