St. Yves, as a legal organization which has been dealing with the issue of family unification for more than 15 years, hopes to highlight the breach of international law in the case of the family unification law and to bring the issue to a broader international awareness.

We shaped a program in which we focus in the morning on the legal details of the family unification procedures – both under domestic as well as international law. In the afternoon, however, we will discuss the social and psychological impacts on Palestinian families as well as strategies to counter the discriminatory Israeli policies.
