It seeks to establish a context and guidelines for the participants as they organize core groups within their respective provinces and regions.

The dialogue will focus on the Philippine economic and political system within the context of advancing the principles and values of centrist democracy. These include social market economy elements and political reforms that aim to break the resistance of powerful families to such reforms.
