From 1-2 December 2015, KAS Philippines, in cooperation with United Cities and Local Government Asia Pacific (UCLG ASPAC), will bring together members of the General Assembly of the Partnership for Democratic Local Governance in Southeast Asia (DELGOSEA) as they exchange and share ideas of the possible effects of the integration in their respective areas. The event also provides representatives of cities and local governments in ASEAN Member States a good avenue to discuss challenges and opportunities that might prosper in AEC.

Moreover, this event will also witness the approval of the Workplans for 2016 prepared by each National Steering Council as part of the action plan of DELGOSEA in the next years.
