The project aims at helping Cambodia to develop an effective pathway to transform its energy sector from fossil based to more sustainable energy source. It will produce a long-term policy package including regulatory reform recommendations, and institutional arrangements, technological diffusion and new business modells.

The project partners, with support by KAS Cambodia, presented a draft concept to experts from the ministry of energy, local NGOs and international organisations.

The project is expected to produce policy papers, discussion rounds and consulting to decision makers in politics and business.
