Constitutional Court, Human Rights and Mass-Media

On the 8th of December, the Rule of Law Program South East Europe co-organized the conference "Constitutional Court, Human Rights and Mass-Media", in cooperation with the E.MA Venice Program, the Romanian Cultural Institute, Romanian Cultural Institute, The Faculty of Political Science – University of Bucharest, the Excellence Center for Research and Development of the Faculty of Political Science.In his opening speech, Mr. Geissler stressed out that the topic of the conference is of great relevance for the development of democracies and therefore the KAS-RLPSEE has decided to support it.

Die Konferenz des RSP SOE griff die Diskussion um die Verfassungsreform in Bosnien und Herzegowina erneut auf. An ihr haben alle hochrangigen Staats- und Justizvertreter BuHs teilgenommen. Als prominenten ausländischen Gast und Redner konnte das RSP SOE den Vorsitzenden des Ausschusses für die Angelegenheiten der Europäischen Union im Deutschen Bundestag, Gunther Krichbaum, CDU/CSU, gewinnen. Report on the first 3 training session

First leadership program for Romanian junior jurists, Leaders for Justice, initiated by the Rule of Law Program South East Europe of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in March 2010 reached its half way. The first three training sessions took place in March, April and May. You can find here a short report on the development of the program.
