The conference is an opportunity for German and Romanian lawyers, for representatives of different institutions, enterprises and associations as well as for scholars to exchange information about relevant new regulations, legal political developments and theoretical questions in the criminal law sector. The conference is furthermore expected to encourage the German-Romanian legal comparison and dialogue.
