This is for the 3rd time when a group of high-ranking law experts meets in Germany. The program of the visit is devised according to the main topic: the establishment and consolidation of the Constitutional Courts jurisdiction. The participants will present different points of view taking into account the status-quo in their countries of origin.

The delegation will be wellcomed during a round table by the former Head of State and President of the German Constitutional Court, Mr. Roman Herzog, certainly a very interesting discussion partner.

In the program there were also included visits to the Constitutional Court (President Hans Jürgen Papier), to the Ministry of Justice (Mrs. Brigitte Zypries, the Minister of Justice, will address a wellcome speech), to the Federal Court of Justice and the General Prosecutor's Office.

The delegation will also be received by the President of the Judicial Committee of the German Parliament, Mr. Andreas Schmidt MdB.

Throughout the entire visit in Germany, the group will be accompanied by Dr. Stefanie Ricarda Roos, director of the Rule of Law Program South East Europe.
