Details

The trainings will be carried out in two phases. The first part consists in an assessment of the target group and its needs so that the lectures can be developed accordingly. The trainers will be Serbian judges and professors, as well as German experts. The second part consists of the actual training sessions. Civil servants dealing with administrative procedures will be trained for 24 days, newly employed civil servants for 21.

At the end of the seminars an evaluation of the project outcomes will be conducted in view of the possibility to offer a new design for trainings in the field of administrative practice for civil servants. The results will be included in the General Program of Professional Development for Civil Servants for 2009.
