Details

The Cambodian Human Rights Action Committee (CHRAC) and the Rule of Law Programme Asia organized a rigorous day-long workshop to discuss hybrid measures towards domestic legal and judicial reform in the ECCC. Experts from the Cambodian Bar Association and the ECCC deliberated upon the role of the Cambodian government and civil society to bring about speedier implementation in the legacies of the ECCC.

In addition to the panel discussion, the report "Post-Conflict Cambodia, Transitional Justice & the Rule of Law - Lessons for ASEAN" by the School of Law,Singapore Management University in association with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung was also presented and discussed by the esteemed panel.
