The meeting brought together judges from two South-East Asian countries: the Philippines and South Korea; and three South Asian countries: India, Nepal and Sri Lanka. The Chief Justice from the Constitutional Court of Colombia and a Judge from the Constitutional Court of South Africa provided perspectives from Latin America and Africa. The workshop served as a forum for judges and scholars to analyze the experiences of select courts from around the world, in ensuring integrity in public life, promoting social, political and economic equality, and fostering the rule of law.
