Oktober Verfassungsjuristen aus dem Nahen Osten in München und Berlin auf, um sich über die deutsche Verfassungsgerichtsbarkeit und ihren politischen und gesellschaftlichen Kontext zu informieren. Das Programm wurde vom Team Inlandsprogramme organisiert und die Delegation von Frau Hana Nasser, Mitarbeiterin des regionalen Rechtsstaatsprogramms Naher Osten und Nordafrika, begleitet.
