Evangelischer Kirchentag in Dortmund gestartet

Am gemeinsamen Stand der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung und der Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung kam am Donnerstag Verteidigungsministerin Ursula von der Leyen mit dem Vorsitzenden der Stiftung Prof. Dr. Norbert Lammert und dem Generalsekretär Michael Thielen ins Gespräch.

Neben PSt Thomas Rachel MdB, der gestern als Vorstand des Evangelischen Arbeitskreises der CDU/CSU Fraktion wiedergewählt wurde, besuchte auch der stellvertretende Vorsitzende der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung und Religionspolitische Sprecher der CDU/CSU Fraktion Hermann Gröhe den Stand und berichtete über seine Eindrücke und Erfahrungen auf dem Kirchentag.

Auf dem Kirchentag werden bis Sonntag ca. 100.000 Gäste aus 70 Ländern erwartet. Auf knapp 2.400 Veranstaltungen wird über vielfältige religiöse Themen diskutiert.

Die Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung bietet auf dem Stand Informationen über die Begabtenförderung, politische Bildung und ihre Arbeit im In- und Ausland an.
