Conference Djibouti

On October 6, 2013 a conference took place at the Djibouti Sheraton Hotel between the KAS Rule-of-Law Program, the IGAD Executive Secretary, H.E. Mahboub Maalim, the board of the Greater Horn Horizon Initiative and the EU.

The conference topic was the mutual project to strenghthen the IGAD countries institutionally with regard to cross-border management in the academic area. On behalf of KAS, Prof. Christian Roschmann, Director of the Rule-of-Law Program for Africa Subsahara and the project coordinator, Prof. Stefan Brüne were present.
