The subject was the implementation of training programmes for African Diplomats regarding the topic "Law and Diplomacy of Climate Change".

As a result of the discussion it was proposed to initiate training units with the African Union in Addis Abeba for diplomats of all African countries and with the training institutes of the Ministry of Foreign Affaires in Djibouti for selected countries.
