Goal:

To promote and strengthen the place and role of Constitutional Courts in Africa with specific reference to the Constitutional Court of South Africa.

Specific Objectives:

To share experiences, challenges and  good practices on the work of  the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany and that of South Africa

Expected Outputs:

i) Increased awareness on the role of constitutional courts in dealing with politics and the law;

ii) Strengthen working relationship between the two courts.
