Conference with the participation of Former Federal President of Germany Dr. Horst Koehler, the previous chairman of KAS, Prof. Dr. Bernhard Vogel and high ranking personalities from Rwanda about prospects and challenges of the East Africa Community (EAC)after the adoption of the Commom Market Protocol that paves way for free movement of goods and labour among the five EAC states on July 1, 2010. The keynote sopeech will be delivered by Hon. Monique Mukaruliza, Minister in charge of EAC Affairs of the Repubic of Rwanda. A panel discussion with former President Koehler will then follow.
