Play Handball has developed in co-operation with the German Sports University in Cologne an educational training manual that combines environmental education with sport. This training has been packaged to ensure that young people will have fun while they become aware about climate-change and learn important skills to sustain our planet. In this way, we envision to make a more sustainable impact on youth to become responsible citizen in our society.

The knowledge and tools provided in this workshop will assist teachers in schools, coaches and youth workers of youth development organisations (focussing on sports and/or environment) with their daily work. The participants will gain new knowledge about environmental topics such as Recycling, Waste Management, Soil, Air and Water Pollution, as well as get to know the team sport handball. We will provide you with training, the manuals and basic equipment that you need to do the Handball and environmental training.
