The Host City Cape Town has accumulated a vast pool of experience and expertise regarding the "Greening" of the FIFA World Cup. The workshop aims to identify lessons that can be shared with Brazil, host of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Group 1:

Identify the lessons and experiences learnt from the Green Goal 2010 process focusing on government interaction (at local, provincial and national level)as well as on the interaction with other key stakeholders (FIFA, LOC, UNEP, etc.).

Group 2:

Identify 3 areas of cooperation (i.e. Transport, Tourism, Biodiversity) between Host City Cape Town/PGWC and a Host City/State (tbc) in Brazil.
