This publication project has a main objective to promote public awareness on roles and jurisdiction of the Ombudsman and enhance understanding of people's rights and responsibility in the democratic system, and how the rights are protected. The project also aims to promote the practice of good governance in Thai administration.

Publications in this project will be distributed nationwide, including the three restive provinces in the South of Thailand.
