A seminar and workshop in cooperation with the Institute of Public Policy Studies (IPPS), the Office of Decentralisation to Local Government Organisation Committee, Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office. Main objective is to expand network in local provinces. Participants are from five provinces in Northern Thailand: Phayao, Chiangmai, Nan, Lamphun and Mae Hong Son.
