The Konrad Adenauer Foundation Turkey together with the Permanent Secretariat of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC PERMIS) is organizing the 5th KAS-BSEC Workshop for Young Diplomats on "Developing Cultural Diplomacy in the Black Sea Region" on 21st - 23rd March 2022 in Thessaloniki, Greece. The workshop will give the young diplomats the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the challenges and different perspectives of cultural diplomacy. The future foreign policy makers will have the opportunity to meet other young colleagues from the region and to strengthen the regional cooperation in the Black Sea region.
