Representatives of governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations from ten of the twelve BSEC member states informed about entrepreneurial education, ICT sector, SMUs, young entrepreneurs and support measures in their respective countries and exchanged their experiences. Findings and recommendations will be proposed to governments and other entities to improve conditions for start-ups.
