Together with the University Forum on Governance (UNIFOG), we organize the political Leadership Advancement Lab (POLA-Lab) which aims at mentoring a new breed of more effective and reflective leaders with skills to deal with the contemporary development challenges.

Together with the Directorate of National Guidance we train elected and appointed leaders on key topics that are geared towards fostering togetherness and ensuring that district councils work effectively in a multiparty system at the district level.

MEDIA CHALLENGE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
In cooperation with the Media Challenge Initiative we give students the opportunity to learn relevant journalistic and especially digital skills, so that they are well prepared for a career in media. The students will not only learn practical methods, but will also attend discussions about the importance of quality journalism for democratization and development.
