DESCRIPTION:As part of the 7th Intake of the KAS-TEP Programme, an annual civil society capacity building initiative, this year's first session will kick off in Swakopmund. The training will focus on equipping 15 carefully selected youth representatives of civil society across Namibia, with leadership skills, emotional intelligence and critical thinking. The successful candidates will also have an opportunity to introduce their organisations and network extensively during the 5-day intervention.
