DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the kick-off of our 1st Session for the KAS-Talent Empowerment Programme 2025 in Swakopmund from 19 to 23 May 2025. This year we have selected 16 youth representatives out of 70 applicants, to participate in this extensive capacity building programme for civil society. The selected youth from across Namibia are active in community development initiatives, promotion of human rights, gender and youth empowerment, political, digital and climate advocacy to name a few.

In Session 1, the beneficiaries are exposed to an introductory and networking platform, followed by sessions on leadership skills, critical thinking and change management.

We congratulate the successful candidates and look forward to hosting this year's intake.
