DESCRIPTION:The Scholar Exchange is hosted in commemoration of German Weeks 2025: Celebrating 35 years of German Namibia Relations. The aim is to bring together Namibian and German KAS Scholars and Namibian Secondary School Learners as part of a hybrid public dialogue, to share their expectations of what constitutes a modern-day workforce looking at socio-political and economic factors and challenges from a lower-middle income and upper-income country perspective.
