Komisja Praw Człowieka i Praworządności Senatu RP oraz Centrum Stosunków Międzynarodowych we współpracy z Komisją Europejską i Fundacją Konrada Adenauera w Polsce organizują międzynarodową konferencję poświęconą zagwarantowaniu praw podstawowych na szczeblu europejskim. Tematyka konferencji nawiązuję do pomysłu utworzenia Agencji Praw Podstawowych Unii Europejskiej oraz stanowiska nowych państw członkowskich i Niemiec w tej kwestii. Przedmiotem dyskusji będzie dokument „Agencja Praw Podstawowych - opinie z nowych państw członkowskich i Niemiec”. Konferencja odbywa się pod honorowym patronatem Marszałka Senatu RP Bogdana Borusewicza.
