“The Applicability in Administrative Procedures of the Right of Access to Court under Article 6 and the Right to an Effective Remedy under Article 13 of the European Convention on Human Rights - The Case of Bulgaria” reprezinta cel de-al doilea studiu al seriei “Rechtsstaat in Lectures”. Autorul acestui articol, profesorul van Dijk, este presedintele sectiei de drept administrativ al Consiliului de Stat din Olanda si membru al Comisiei Europene pentru Democratie prin Drept (Comisia de la Venetia). Profesorul van Dijk a fost membru al Curtii Europene pentru Drepturile Omului.
