KAS Scholar Initiative is a project initiated to give chance to current and alumni Scholarship holders of the Foundation to plan and implemented activities for the Foundation. The first activity of its kind was this event organised between Scholars from Macedonia and Kosovo, and focused on contemporary topics in the field of economy, education and employment.

During three intensive days, the participants had sessions on Career Development, discussions on Brain Drain and Youth Policies, then they were presented with opportunities for start-ups and state grants, and last but not least they were introduced with the RYCO possibilities in the region. Next year this activity will be organized in Macedonia.
