WORKSHOP - THE DEMAND AND ORIENTATION FOR IMPROVING LEGISLATION ON LAWS IMPLEMENTATION IN VIETNAM

In recent years, Vietnam has made a lot of progress in improving the legal system. Law plays an increasingly important role in the organization and functioning of the state. While the development of the legal system has had many successes in Vietnam, there are shortcomings and limitations that have affect the efficiency of the laws. One of the main reasons for this situation is that the organization of law implementation is not yet fully institutionalized. Therefore, on 23 May, the workshop “The demand and orientation for improving legislation on laws implementation in Vietnam” which was co-organized by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Vietnam and Ministry of Justice focused on ways forward to improve the implementation of laws in Vietnam. The workshop took place in the framework of the bilateral Rule-of-Law Dialogue between Germany and Vietnam.

Law and practice of issuing administrative decisions

On 19 May, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Vietnam cooperated with the Department of Criminal and Administration Legislation - Ministry of Justice to organize a consultative seminar on "Law and practice of issuing administrative decisions". The seminar provided a platform for legal experts, policy makers, and practical officers involved in the issuance of administrative decisions to exchange, discuss and put forward opinions, ideas, suggestions and aspirations, with the aim of improving the legal system on the issuance of administrative decisions in Vietnam.

Vào ngày 23 tháng 3 năm 2023, đối thoại biển lần thứ 10 với chủ đề “Năng lượng tái tạo ngoài khơi: Cơ hội và thách thức đối với quá trình chuyển đổi xanh” đã được tổ chức tại Nha Trang, thu hút sự tham gia trực tuyến và trực tuyến của hơn 200 chuyên gia trong và ngoài nước.

Dự án xây dựng môn học về "The Politics of Globalization" là một dự án chung kéo dài 2 năm của Viện Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Việt Nam hợp tác với Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn Hồ Chí Minh (USSH HCM), với cố gắng đưa môn học này vào chương trình giảng dạy ngành Quan hệ quốc tế (IR) của trường.

Hội thảo "Giải Pháp Nâng Cao Chất Lượng Thẩm Tra Quyết Toán NS Nhà Nước và NS Địa Phương"

Từ năm 2019, Viện KAS Việt Nam đã phối hợp với Ủy ban Tài chính Ngân sách của Quốc hội tổ chức nhiều hội thảo tập huấn trên quy mô toàn quốc về chuyên đề thẩm tra ngân sách nhà nước và ngân sách địa phương (NSNN và NSĐP). Nâng cao năng lực cho đại biểu dân cử về công tác thẩm tra quyết toán NSNN và NSĐP là quyết tâm của Ủy ban Tài chính - Ngân sách của Quốc hội trong việc đẩy mạnh hiệu quả giám sát chi tiêu công; Viện KAS Việt Nam vinh dự được hỗ trợ các hoạt động này với niềm tin rằng việc sử dụng tài chính công minh bạch và hiệu quả là chìa khóa của quản trị tốt.

Pháp luật về phát triển kinh tế tuần hoàn trong quản lý chất thải

Ngày 27/10, hội thảo công bố kết quả nghiên cứu "Pháp luật về phát triển kinh tế tuần hoàn" đã được tổ chức tại Hà Nội. Nghiên cứu được thực hiện trong năm nay 2022 và nghiên cứu này thuộc khuôn khổ dự án hợp tác 3 năm giữa KAS và Viện Nhà nước và Pháp luật về chủ đề "Pháp luật thúc đẩy kinh tế tuần hoàn hướng tới phát triển bền vững: Kinh nghiệm quốc tế và giải pháp cho Việt Nam". Trong năm đầu. dự án tập trung vào chủ để quản lý rác thải.
