The China Talk series is a long-term joint project between KAS Vietnam and Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. It has been run for six years with a total of 18 seminars. It has been a proven success, which has brought many benefits to the participants to the series.
The China Talk series help to connect international scholars and Vietnamese diplomats, experts and researchers working in the field of foreign security. Moreover, the China Talk creates the network of researchers in Vietnam who are interested in the topic of China.
In the 19th China Talk on 11 May, the main speaker Prof.David Shambaugh will talk about "Changing Dynamics of US-China Relations in Southeast Asia: Power Shift or Competitive Coexistence?"
