The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung - Australia & the Pacific (KAS) and the Australian National University Centre for European Studies (ANUCES) organise the second KONRAD ADENAUER LECTURE to be presented by Professor Sir Christopher Clark and featuring the Hon Dr Brendan Nelson as discussant.

Entitled ‘Uncertain Times. Germany, Europe and the World Order’, the lecture will reflect on the distinctive features of the era that began in 1989/90, the reemergence of authentic global multipolarity, the impact of the global financial crisis on Europe, and the decline of the narratives that used to help western states plot their course in history.
