In the first part of the workshop trainer and Lithuanian actress Adrija Čepaitė will give a lecture on public speaking, as well as organize practical exercises on video shooting. Her training will be supplemented by presentation on the topic “Capturing young audiences: introduction to Instagram” by Anna von Oeveren, Communications and Marketing Assistant (WMCES, Brussels, Belgium).

In the second part of the workshop the participants will develop short concepts for their videos. Within the seminar a media statement production unit is enclosed for later publishing of the statements on political aspects of Belarus, Germany, and the European Union in the Internet.

The final session will start with an open discussion evening on the topic "The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0): Digital Transformation of the State". Experts from Belarus and Lithuania together with the participants of the Club and other guests are invited to participate in a moderated discussion on the issue.
