Bulgarien hat am 25. April den EU-Beitrittvsvertrag unterzeichnet, am 12. Mai wurde er vom Parlament ratifiziert. Das Seminar, dessen Teilnehmer ausschließlich Journalisten sind, ist verschiedenen Aspekten der bulgarischen EU-Mitgliedschaft gewidmet.
