From 2001 - 2006 the Konrad Adenauer Foundation - in cooperation with Buddhism for Development, the Khmer Institute of Democracy, the Ministry of Interior and the political parties CPP, FUNCINPEC and SRP - have trained 120 master trainers for local politicians. In this workshop the master trainers of the Khmer Insitute of Democracy offer a election campaign preparation course for members of the three political parties.
