In the occasion of the preparation for the study visit to the province of Battambang, Mr. Ros Than San, Programme Officer at Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation, spoke on Monday, February 02 to the members of parliament in the 4th commission.

He was lecturing on the progress of the district administration reform, especially on the One Window Service Offices in the pilot district of Battambang. He is explained to the Parliamentarians about the increased trust of citizens into their administration by using the services provided of the offices provided in a corruption free manner.
