Closing statements by Civil Parties through their lawyers (5 hours)

Closing statements from the Co-Prosecutors (5 hours)

Wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 November

Closing statements from the Defence lawyers and the Accused (7.5 hours)

After the closing statements from the Defence layers and the Accused, the lawyers for the Civil Parties and the Co-Prosecutors will be provided the opportunity to make rebuttal statements limited to maximum of one hour respectively.

Thereafter the Defence lawyers and/or the Accused will be given one hour to make final statements.

The hearing will at the latest end by 3.30pm on 27 November 2009.
