The conference will analyse opportunities for attracting young people to a higher degree of political participation as well for involvement in the country's national development. One focus is set on the increasing potential of the new social media. Especially perspectives for the country itself and its neighbouring states resulting from Cambodia's membership in ASEAN will be examined.
