KAS is hosting a four day seminar for the elected councilors of Sam Rainsy Party. The program will mainly cover the new structures of the sub-national administrations and highlight the new tasks for the councilors.

The workshop will furthermore give room for discussions on the relation between councilors, board of governors and the council’s committee. The event "Main Features of the Organic Law" is targeted at councilors of Sam Rainsy Party and implemented within the KAS program "Parties and Politics".
