Details

The training is divided in three parts. The first part will be between January 22nd until January 25th. The second part will be from February 5th until February 7th. The last part will be between February 11th and February 13th. The closing ceremony will be held on February 14th.

The objectives of the training sustain of writing the key elements of a strategic plan, doing a proper SWOT analysis (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).

The participants will learn to propose activities and strategies in response to the SWOT analysis and understand the difference of monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment of a project.
